First, I’d like
to start off by saying that we love you guys.
My company has actually had an online presence for many years now. We
are an online mall (with your everyday day well known shops) which earns
members who shop cash back on all their purchases. We’ve had a lot
of success in obtaining both new customers and new shops on our mall.
Although we have created the majority of our own software, we always
encounter new stores that would like to be merchants on our mall who don’t
have websites. We have partnered with WebPartners mainly for that reason.
Our new client wants a website, and we sell it to them through WebPartners.
They provide 2 things for us:
- the new web site for our client
- the programming which will connect their new site to our online
mall
This works out great for us since we usually don’t have the time
to do the websites ourselves internally. Occasionally, we use WebPartners
for other stuff like design. So far it’s worked out great. We’ve
been partners with them since February of 2004. No complaints. They do
a thorough job of communicating with us every step of the way. I tend
to push my ideas pretty hard, and they’ve always been patient with
us. Somehow or another, we get on the same page and the job’s done
well.
